We offer subscriptions periods for 12 months.

We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been completed.

Your subscription will automatically be terminated at the end of the subscription period. Therefore there is no need to cancel your subscription manually.

How many devices can I use with my subscription?

Individual subscribers can use their subscription on up to 2 difference devices. However, an account cannot be used on multiple devices concurrently.

I cannot login to the Spiral English App.

  • Is your device connected to an active internet connection?
  • Login with your registered email at login page and check your account details.
  • Please contact us if you still have problems logging into your account.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

eBooks are taking a long time to download.

We recommend users to connect to a Wifi connection when downloading eBooks. Download speeds may vary depending on your internet provider.

Which mobile devices are supported?

All major brands of mobile and tablet devices sold after 2014 should be supported. Please use the free trial we offer to make sure your device is compatible.

Minimum hardware specifications:

  • Android: Android 4.4+, 1GB Memory, 8GB storage.
  • iOS: iOS 8.0+, 512MB Memory, 8GB storage.
What screen size is best?

Spiral English recommends using a larger screen for optimal performance.

  • For mobile phones, we recommended 4 inches or bigger.
  • For tablets, we recommended 9 inches or bigger.
Do I need an internet connection?

The Spiral English App requires an internet connection to login and to download eBooks. You can read eBooks offline once the eBooks are downloaded onto your device.

Warning: You must have your device(s) connected to the internet at least once a month to receive updates and to validate your account.

ERROR: You have exceeded the device limit to use the app

Each account can be used on up to 2 devices. You cannot log onto a 3rd device.

If you have purchased a new device, or want to change a device, you can reset your device count in your user preferences under Profile and settings in My Account.
